Returns & Exchanges

To request a return or exchange, please email hello@are-studio.com first before returning your order within 7 days of delivery.

Only full priced items may be exchanged or returned. All sale items are final.  Promo code sales are eligible for exchange only.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition received, and in the original packaging.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.  You can request a return shipping label and the cost will be deducted from your return or included in your balance invoice for exchanges.  Alternatively, you're welcome to use a trackable shipping service (insurance included), and we will notify you when we receive it.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied within 5 days.

Promotional Code

We offer a 10% discount for signing up to our Newsletter for information about subscriber only sales, events, new product launches and more.  Once you sign up, an email is automatically sent to your inbox with the discount code - be sure to check your spam folder for emails that go astray.  Please note, the 10% discount can only be applied toward full-priced items and excludes styles and colors that are already on Sale.

 Flash sale & promo codes apply only to full priced items and may not be combined with other discounts.  Orders made with a promotional code are non-refundable.

Repairs

We are happy to repair items if they are defective or damaged within the first year from the order purchase date. Please send us an email at hello@are-studio.com for assistance.
